President / Sr. Project Manager
Tracy Hodge, Licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker has been in the Commercial Real Estate environment since 1998. Tracy started her first position with a General Contractor as a Project Administrator/Project Engineer and has grown through the ranks as she has developed her skillset through every phase of Development, New Construction and Tenant Improvements. Tracy is a well versed Real Estate Professional in all phases of Real Estate Development, Construction and Portfolio Management; Strategic Leasing and Asset Repositioning; Annual Portfolio Analysis; Service Contract Negotiations; Pre-Construction Design Build; Commercial Construction Project Management with emphasis in Budget Forecasting; Contract Administration, RFIs, CORs, Awarding Contracts, Construction Schedules & Subcontractor Coordination; Strong Vendor Relations & Contract Negotiations; Client Liaison and delivers projects on time and within Budget. Tracy has been responsible for all project supervision of Field staff as well as the Administrative staff, ensuring all project documentation from pulling initial Permits, to monthly Pay Applications, to Final Retention and Close Out has been completed for every project. As the leader, Tracy is intimately involved in every aspect of the project to support her Team to completing projects successfully for each client.
In 2023, Tracy founded Falcon Construction & Development Services, LLC, and will continue to grow her stature in the Commercial Construction environment of Commercial/Industrial/Retail arenas as she has successfully completed for others since 1998.
Chief Estimator & Project Manager
Gerrit completed his degree in Drafting and Design in 2011 and entered the industry in 2014 as a drafter, working on mechanical, civil, architectural, and aeronautical plans for a variety of companies. In 2019, Gerrit made the transition from drafting into estimating. Gerrit has completed and won bids for an extensive range of buildings from ground-ups to renovations and tenant improvements and from parking lots and parking structures to medical facilities, to name a few. Gerrit is detail-oriented and works diligently to conceptualize every project from start to finish, accounting for all aspects and stages in the construction process. Gerrit is committed to delivering competitive bids, completed projects, and positive experiences for all clients.
Project Manager, Marketing Director
Kristin brings a unique perspective to the team with a background in education. Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in Education (California Baptist University), a Bachelor’s Degree in English (California State University, Fullerton), and two Associate’s Degrees in Math & Science and in Humanities & Social Sciences (Norco College). Kristin has served students, families, and staff for 10 years as English Teacher, Activities Director, and Administrative Designee and transfers her intricate planning, organization, leadership, and backwards-planning skills to project administration and marketing for FCDS. Kristin is passionate about providing exceptional service and intentionally creating positive experiences for others. Kristin plans to obtain her California Real Estate License and to continue to grow and expand her ability to serve her community.
Administrative Assistant
Ashley is exceptional in managing organizational operations and communicating effectively and efficiently with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members. Ashley’s ability to anticipate problems and troubleshoot solutions makes her an invaluable asset to FCDS. Ashley is currently working to obtain her California Real Estate License and is committed to life-long learning and growing as a professional.
